Delivery and returns

Once you have placed your order, you can not change or undo it, but you can always return/exchange the goods for another size or color, or return the product completely and get a refund (exclusive the delivery costs) within 30 days from the date you received the product. The product can always be returned if it is in the same condition as when received and in original packaging, without hang tags, etc. is removed.

If you wish to return your purchase, please fill out the enclosed return form, place the label on the bag and send the package through you postal service. We can only return items purchased on www.sainttropez.com.

OBS! The following return information is only valid in DENMARK,SWEDEN & FINLAND.

If you have recieved your package at your home address, simply fill out the enclosed return form, put the enclosed return label on the bag and send the product to us throug your postal service. We have prepaid the freight!

If you have recieved your package at your workplace, simply fill out the enclosed return form and send the product to us through your postal service.

Your ordered products will be delivered Monday to Friday and the exact time of delivery depends on the country. An order wich has been made on a Danish public holiday will be processed the next working day. We will try to deliver your order within the following time frames. Please note that weekends and holidays are not considered business days and that we use third-party freight men who may be causing delays.
